This process provides buildings better damage protection from seismic activity by strengthening weakened points in roof to wall connections, continuity ties, shear walls, and roof diaphragm. Most building structures benefit from this safety precaution including: CMU, URM, 2+ concrete story buildings, non-ductile concrete structures, and soft story or tuck under apartment complexes.

Work Includes: 

• Bracing, bolting, reinforcing foundations, walls, roofs
• Replacing existing support columns, continuity straps, stucco, and paint.
• Venting roof system to prevent condensation issues
• Exterior steel placement to strengthen weak walls
